Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop cost breakdowns.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure estimates align with execution strategy.
• Monitor market trends for labor, materials, and emerging building methods.

Skills Needed:

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, cost modeling, software (Bluebeam, Sage, RSMeans), negotiation, ability to balance speed with accuracy.
