Overview:

The Project Manager oversees all phases of commercial construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, scheduling, and budgeting for assigned projects.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and client relationships.
• Oversee cost control, change orders, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, code, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive use of technology for project tracking and communication.
