Shoals Public Library Renovation & Addition
Location: Shoals, Indiana
RH Contracting was selected to perform interior selective demolition and historic material preservation, completed with zero safety incidents. The scope was executed with strict controls to protect adjacent finishes and preserved elements.
Following demolition, RH Contracting completed carpentry, light-gauge metal stud framing, drywall installation, and exterior concrete parging. By self-performing multiple structural and finish trades, we improved coordination, reduced handoff risk, and maintained schedule continuity for the general contractor.
