Onboarding Information
To onboard, you will need:
- Copy of W-9 / tax ID
- Business enterprise certification (if applicable)
- NAICS code
- ACH bank information
- Sample certificate of liability insurance
If you wish to bid projects greater than $500,000 be prepared to include:
- Two years of financials, including your most recent financial statement
- Bonding letter dated within last 30 days/surety information
- List of recently completed projects (at least three)
- Broker letter detailing EMR for the current year and two years prior
- Digital version of OSHA 300A documents and 300 logs from last three years
- Line of Credit (LOC) letter dated within the last 30 days
